Sprenger Satinox Mullen Mouth suora kuolain loivalla kielentilalla. Kuolain lievittää kielen keskiosaan kohdistuvaa painetta. Paine syntyy kieleen ainoastaan, kun ohjista vedetään. Sopii erityisesti hevosille, joilla paksu kieli tai jotka ovat herkkiä kieleen kohdistuvalle paineelle. Sopii usein myös suustaan vahvoille hevosille.
