All products purchased from the online store have a full 14-day right of return. HippoSport does not pay return costs, but the customer returns the products at his own expense. The customer is obliged to notify in advance by e-mail (ratsastus@hipposport.fi) or by phone (09 5419 116) if he returns the product or does not pick up the product and to state why. Saddles and other more expensive products must be returned to the shop as home package. The returned product must be unused and unchanged.

Our online store right of return does not apply to:
- opened packages of products that can spoil or expire
- creams made-to-order products or special orders ordered according to the customer's wishes or special colors,
- named products
- animal foods or supplements,
- chemicals

All the products we sell have a statutory error liability. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Warranty repair or replacement does not extend the product's original warranty period. The warranty is also valid after the 14-day right of return, if a defect occurs in the product later despite proper use
